All-new Kindle Kids Edition Launching

Overview
Based on the data acquired during the UX renewal project for the kids' lineup, we utilized the data from the wire frame, promotional material shooting, final prototypes, and launch the product on own platform.
Role
When the launch of Japan's first Kindle device for kids was determined by an improved sales pitch for the Fire Tablet Kid version, I was responsible for designing the best concept, from visuals to the purchase journey, for the target audience.
Working closely with Po and PdM, we conducted qualitative and quantitative research with the potential target audience of parents who would buy the device .
Develop creative briefs, as well as sourcing and managing external production partners throughout the creation process.
Filming and overseeing post-production and ensure branding for three projects at the same time.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by partners.
Presenting and signing off assets for launch in Japan to Head Office.
