Situation
Launch of Japan’s first Kindle for kids, based on UX renewal data from Fire Tablet Kid.
Tasked with defining the best concept: visuals, storytelling, and purchase journey.
Action
Conducted qualitative/quantitative research with target parents (with Po & PdM).
Developed creative briefs and managed external partners through production.
Oversaw filming, post-production, and branding across 3 projects.
Reviewed and approved designs, artwork, photography, graphics.
Presented and signed off launch assets to HQ.
Result & Insight
Successfully launched Kindle Kids Edition in Japan with research-driven creative.
Demonstrated AD’s role in aligning user insights, design execution, and brand launch.
