Issue

  • Client only requested a film, but the target audience (college students) required broader digital engagement.

  • I convinced the client to extend into social media and digital content.

Challenge

  • Manage the increased workload of producing extra assets (photos, posts, digital content) within the campaign timeline.

Solution

  • Reorganized priorities and created a clear to-do structure.

  • Identified resource gaps and brought in additional collaborators to meet demands.

To create a 'stop motion' effect we broke down the element of the background into 12 large steps with 4 mini steps each. We also separately shot the model first and added the background later in the post-production process.
